It was an inspiring and action-packed four days filled with engaging lectures and a vibrant conference running in parallel. A heartfelt thank you to all the fantastic presenters and the dedicated team behind the scenes, whose engagement made it possible to host the summer school alongside the EMRS conference in Warsaw.

For most of the more than 25 participants, this was their first major conference experience, offering invaluable insights into the dynamic world of Materials Science. Meeting and exchanging ideas with leading experts in person is truly inspiring and memorable.

The days flew by with stimulating lectures in the mornings and afternoons, complemented by lively social activities in the evenings, including a memorable pub crawl and conference dinner.
