A Swedish student with an undergraduate degree from England studying for a doctoral degree in Milan and researching for six months in Bochum? Such academic careers are common in PCAM. Doctoral students participating in PCAM work on molecular materials sciences, such as self-organised nano-magnets, heterogeneous catalysis, and the chemistry and physics of organic surfaces.
