The PCAM network considers the Russian aggression on Ukraine as an attack on the values of freedom and democracy, the foundations of freedom in research and opportunities for international academic cooperation. We stand with the Ukrainian people and the staff and students who come from Ukraine, as well as with their families.

We will thus pause scientific cooperation with Russian state institutions with immediate effect and until further notice, this including our Partnership with Lomonosov Moscow State  University.
